Q- Do you keep all items in stock?

A- Yes, all items on our website are stock items

Q- Can the flags and bunting be used outside?

A- Yes, but we advise for short term outdoor use only. We also suggest taking bunting down in poor weather conditions to maintain it’s lifespan. When storing your flags or bunting, please ensure that they are completely dry, otherwise you may find mould or mildew builds up during the course of time. They should also be stored in a dry place.

Q- How do I pay when placing an order online? 

A- You can pay using a debit or credit card, or alternatively you can call us to the office to make payment on 01560 480 333.

Q- How long does UK Mainland delivery take? 

A- Your order will be sent by 1st class post and if placed before 1.00pm on a working day, your order will be despatched same day.

Q- Do you offer a faster delivery service?

A- Yes. We can offer a next working day delivery service by courier to customers in UK Mainland for  £8.50 +VAT


Q- What about an AM delivery?

A- For an additional £5.95, your order will be delivered before midday. Please mention this when you place your order.


Q-  Do you send to outside the UK?
